MontBlanc is known for their popular white star logo, which brands all of their products. The company was first founded by Claus Johannes Voss in 1906. The company started off as Simplo Filler Pen, producing only pens. Afterwards, in 1910, the company then changed their name to
MontBlanc. Starting off the new label's name, they released their very first product: A fountain men called the Meisterstuck. Because of their highly branded products, their pieces have become collectables especially for pen collectors out there.
